We do our best to send healthy plants, but if your new green companion arrives damaged or unhealthy, please let us know within 3 days. Send us a quick photo of its condition, and we will gladly arrange a full refund or send a healthy replacement.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on plant orders. All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
