Every order ships by UPS Ground. UPS 3 Day Select is available at checkout if you need it sooner.

Small, light orders may ship USPS First Class.

Rates are calculated at checkout and include careful hand-packing. Large bonsai are bare-rooted, wrapped and boxed by hand, which takes extra time.

Arrive-Alive Guarantee

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, email us a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will send a healthy replacement, or give you a full refund once the plant is mailed back to us.

Good to Know

Some plants ship bare-root or in their dormant season. Closed rosettes and dry outer leaves are normal, not damage.

We can't exchange a plant for a different one, since each plant is one of a kind.

Refunds require the plant to be returned. Your refund is issued within 7–10 business days after we receive it.
